Terms & Conditions:
Rental fees and any deposits are due before equipment is released.
Renter is responsible for safe operation, in use maintenance, and care of equipment.
Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
Equipment must not be moved out of a defined geographic area without permission.
Equipment is inspected before and after rental.
Long term rental periods require approval.
Renter is encouraged to possess their own insurance to cover loss or theft of Equipment rented. In the event of loss or theft the renter is liable for the full value of the rented equipment whether by payment of total value or replacement of equipment.
$500 damage deductible for equipment damage - normal wear includes light markings from regular use: - any breaks - dents - etc. must be reported immediately via phone call and texted images with explanation.
Late returns are charged at the daily rate.
$70 cleaning fee for thick mud.
Fuel Tanks re-filled to full. Any re-fueling by SilverScapes will be billed @ increased Fuel Rate.
Renting Party may not rent equipment to another party.
Cancellation of reserved equipment requires a Cancel Request 24hours in advance. No refunds for late cancellations.
Delivery is not always available.
If Equipment fails to no fault of Renter - SilverScapes Rentals will provide a refund or credit for down time but will not credit days previously rented.
Termination
Company can terminate the rental at any time for misuse or breach of agreement.
Early returns may or may not be eligible for refunds.
Liability Waiver: All Equipment is inspected and in proper working order before being sent out.
By renting equipment from SilverScapes Rentals, you agree to the following terms:
I understand that using rental equipment involves risks, including injury, death or property damage, and I accept those risks.
I release SilverScapes Rentals and its staff from any liability related to my use of the equipment.
I confirm I know how to operate the equipment safely and will not allow untrained or unauthorized use.
I will follow all safety instructions and use the required protective gear.
I agree that I am responsible for any harm caused during my rental period.
This waiver applies to me and anyone else using the equipment under my rental.
